Call for Papers: Standing Section "Asian Educational Experiences"

2025-08-07

Education and Lifelong Development Research is pleased to announce the establishment of a new standing section titled "Asian Educational Experiences".

This section aims to systematically showcase significant educational practices, innovations, and experiences emerging from Asia. In recent years, Asian nations have achieved remarkable successes in addressing complex educational challenges. Notable examples include China's impactful educational poverty alleviation initiatives, alongside rich explorations across the region in areas such as educational equity, technology integration, skills development, and curriculum reform. These diverse Asian educational experiences offer valuable insights and hold significant potential for enriching the global educational knowledge base and advancing sustainable educational development.

To foster the multidirectional flow of educational knowledge and equitable global dialogue, this section is dedicated to building a platform for sharing, exchange, and mutual learning, connecting educational insights from East and West, and indeed, worldwide. We firmly believe that deeply understanding and disseminating Asia's unique educational experiences is a critical component in building a more inclusive and resilient global educational future.

We cordially invite scholars worldwide to submit scholarly manuscripts that critically examine, systematically document, or offer critical reflections on educational developments, innovative practices, policy outcomes, and their global implications at national and regional levels across Asia. Submissions should clearly indicate "Asian Educational Experiences" in the header of the first page.
